Joplin is in Missouri, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Joplin follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This place was a lifesaver for me when I was struggling to get my rusted license plate screws out. Couldn’t do it with the tools I had on my own and they so graciously helped me out!!!!! Highly recommend!!!!!! Excellent customer service. I will be back here for my tire/oil change and servicing needs!!!! So grateful for this place, they deserve all the support!!!

Katheryn Dennett was so professional and helpful with my tire purchase. I had 3 year old Goodyear tires that were separating in the sidewall. All 4 tires in the same place had issues. She took the time to document and call Goodyear and get a discount on the new tires I was purchasing. Not only did she go out of her way to do all of that but she also helped me find a better tire than the performance tire that was recommended for my Lincoln. This was top notch customer service. She took her time, listened to me, and didn’t rush the process of calling corporate and explaining the issue. She gained a faithful customer because of her courtesy and care.

Wouldn’t even talk to me as I had bought Cooper Endeavor tires with 60,000 miles warranty from WM. Really!! Mine have 23,000 miles on them. Called corporate and they immediately helped me open a claim. Referred me to Charlie at Goodyear on 20th st. Very very good experience with Charlie. My tires are at 50% don’t even need new ones. Moral of the story! Don’t take brush off. Go to corporate OR Goodyear on 20Th st Joplin Mo do these tires look bald to you?

I've had this company fix up tires, for all our vehicles including trailers. Have been very happy with them ....until today. Took a tire to this this evening to be fixed only to be curtly told by the rude young lady at the counter " we don't change used tires" ( referring to mine) and never mind they always did our trailer tires, and also never mind I bought this very tire from them. I just needed it put on another rim. I understand management cannot control everyones attitude. But I need to keep.our trucks on the road to make a living, and not be subject to the moods of a sophomoric young lady.

I went here for a diagnostic and repair, which ended up being rotors. I went ahead and paid for it, but for four rotors and the diagnostic it cost $913. That’s the most expensive rotor job I’ve ever had, and likely one of the most expensive you’ll see. Just a heads-up: the diagnostic fee is $180 just to enter the shop, plus the hourly rate. A few days later I called to ask how much it would cost to clear out my AC drain tube under the car, and they quoted me $120. After looking into how to do it myself, I simply blew some air into the tube and it cleared right out. It took me five minutes to drive up onto the curb and use my air compressor to dislodge the blockage. Was that worth $120? I’d say definitely not. My advice: look into what you need done with your car before paying for repairs, because some things are actually very simple. I’m not saying the repair work itself was bad, but it feels like Goodyear will take every dollar they can if you don’t already know what the repair involves.
